Nothing is confirmed until a person replies. You will hear from one of us on the next working day with a time, or with a question if something in the request needs sorting out first.
What happens between now and then

Somebody reads it against the diary
Requests are worked through at the end of each bench day. If you asked for a slot that is already taken, we come back with the two nearest alternatives rather than a blank refusal.

We check the bench you picked is the right one
Occasionally somebody books a driver session for a problem that lives in the irons, or a full bag assessment when a forty-five minute geometry check would answer the question. When that looks likely we say so before confirming, not afterwards.

You get a confirmation with a time on it
By phone if you gave us a number, by email otherwise. Nothing is charged and no card details are held. If the date stops working, a day of notice is all we need.

- Rear lot, off the side lane
- Pay
- At the end, card or cash
Put the clubs in the car tonight. They are the one thing people forget, and without them the first half hour of the session has nothing to read.
