We hold no minimum order agreements and no brand quotas. Nothing on this shelf earns us more than anything else on it, which is the only arrangement under which a fitting recommendation means anything.

Because labour is billed separately from components, we have no financial reason to prefer an expensive head over an inexpensive one.

Why it is organised this way

A shelf, not a showroom

There are no display cases here and no wall of complete sets. What we hold is components: loose heads, shafts in raw lengths, grips in a range of core sizes, ferrules, tape and weights. A finished club is something that gets made after your sheet exists, not something you choose off a rack and then hope fits.

That arrangement has a practical consequence worth stating plainly. We cannot sell you a club today. If you want to walk out with something in your hands this afternoon, a retail shop will serve you better and we will say so without any hard feelings.

What we can do is build a club that matches a measured specification to a tolerance a retail box never promises, and record every number so it can be reproduced years later.

What we hold, by category

Iron heads

Cast cavity, forged cavity, forged players and hollow-body long irons, across the makers most commonly available to independent builders. We keep unfinished heads in the common lofts so a set can be built and bent to the sheet rather than ordered to a stock spec and adjusted afterwards.

Bending range is checked before we quote. Some cast heads have very little room to move, and we will not sell a head that cannot reach the lie angle your sheet calls for.

Wood and hybrid heads

Adjustable-hosel drivers and fairway woods from the major adapters, plus fixed-hosel options for players who prefer a build with no moving parts. Hybrid heads in the full loft range so a crossover club can be placed by carry rather than by whatever loft happened to be in stock.

Iron shafts

Steel in the full weight range from around 85 grams up past 130, plus graphite iron shafts in the lighter bands that matter for older players and juniors. Held in raw, untrimmed lengths so the tip trim can be set per club rather than inherited.

Wood shafts

Driver and fairway shafts across the common weight and profile families, with adapters for the current hosel systems on hand. Frequency is measured on every shaft before installation and recorded on the sheet.

Grips

Rubber, corded, hybrid and the softer compounds that help arthritic hands, in both .580 and .600 cores and in undersize through jumbo. Putter grips from standard pistol through the oversized options. Tape build-up is set per hand, not per catalogue chart.

Small parts and consumables

Ferrules in turned and pre-bored forms, shafting epoxy in two cure speeds, tip and butt weights, lead tape, backweights, and grip solvent. Unglamorous, and the difference between a build that holds its specification and one that drifts.
